. Admission Officer / Counselor (Sales & Marketing)

• Role Purpose: Generate leads and convert prospects into admissions for classroom, hybrid, or distance learning courses.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ATL (Above the Line) & BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities, including school seminars and promotional events.
• Counsel students and parents to understand their needs and advise on appropriate courses.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and handle fee-related queries.
• Maintain relationships with schools and local tuition teachers for business development.
• Requirements:
•  Bachelor’s degree strong communication skills, and experience in B2C sales
• minimum 1years of experience as admission or academic counselor.
