JOB DESCRIPTION – LAWYER / ADVOCATE (FULL‑TIME / FREELANCER)

About the Firm:

Ishwarji Syndicates is a professionally managed law firm handling diverse legal matters across multiple practice areas. We are expanding our team and invite passionate, disciplined and skilled legal professionals to join us.

Position:

Lawyer / Advocate

(Full-Time Advocate Employee / Freelance – Assignment Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, notices, pleadings, agreements and petitions

• Conducting legal research, preparing case strategy and assisting in case preparation

• Appearing and representing clients before Courts, Tribunals and Legal Authorities

• Managing case files, documentation and compliance requirements

• Coordinating with clients and maintaining professional communication

• Providing legal opinions and advisory support as required

Practice Areas:

Civil | Criminal | Corporate & Commercial | Family & Matrimonial

Property & Real Estate | Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Consumer | Labour & Employment | Other Legal Matters

Eligibility Criteria:

• LLB / Law Degree from a recognized University

• Enrolment with State Bar Council (mandatory for court appearance)

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and drafting

• Good communication, research and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in a professional team environment

Experience:

Experienced Advocates are welcome to apply.

Relevant litigation experience will be an added advantage.

Engagement Type:

Full-Time – Salary based engagement

Freelance / Independent Advocate – Case based / Assignment based remuneration

Location:

(Acme Plaza 2, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai)

Compensation:

Competitive and as per experience and engagement type.
