Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Skin Therapist / Technician (Female only) to perform advanced aesthetic treatments and assist in dermatological procedures.

You will play a key role in delivering a premium patient experience and ensuring clinical excellence in every treatment.

• Key Responsibilities: Perform and assist in medical-grade skin and dermatological treatments, including:
• Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Laser Hair Reduction (LHR), IPL, MNRF, Dermapen, HIFU, Medifacials, Anti-ageing and Anti-acne facials.
• Conduct skin analysis and treatment planning tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, skin types, and contraindications.
• Ensure strict hygiene and sterilisation protocols for all tools and instruments.
• Create a warm and professional client experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and plan daily treatment schedules, allocate rooms and technicians as per appointments.
• Supervise and guide junior technicians or trainees in room preparation and client care.
• Maintain accurate records, update logbooks, and ensure treatment documentation compliance.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and at-home regimens for continued client care.
• Skills & Requirements: Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy / Aesthetic Treatments (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Skin Therapist, preferably in a dermatology or aesthetic setup.
• Proficiency in operating laser and skin technology systems (IPL, Nd: YAG, MNRF, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, professional demeanour with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple client sessions efficiently.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
