Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Digital Content Creator who combines storytelling, AI tools, and performance marketing thinking.

This is not just a content role — it’s a content-to-lead generation role.

You will be responsible for creating content that attracts, engages, and converts high-intent buyers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Storytelling

• Create compelling content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Develop Reels, short videos, carousels, and high-impact posts

• Craft strong narratives around:

• Luxury living

• Real estate investment

• Lifestyle positioning

• Write sharp, engaging copy that drives action (DMs, inquiries, site visits)

2. AI-Driven Content Production

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) for:

• Content ideation & scripting

• Visual concepts & creatives

• Video editing workflows

• Continuously explore new AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scale

3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Create content aligned with lead generation funnels

• Work with:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Google Ads

• WhatsApp Marketing (Click-to-WhatsApp funnels)

• Optimize creatives for conversion, not just engagement

• Understand audience targeting, hooks, and CTA strategies

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in content creation / digital marketing

• Strong storytelling and content structuring skills

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation

• Working knowledge of:

• Meta Ads

• Google Ads

• WhatsApp lead funnels

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro or similar)

• Understanding of luxury positioning and buyer psychology
