20100 CTC
350 Esic deduction
1600 Transport deduction
18150 Inhand + 4000 Night shift allowance
22150 total Inhand salary

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in CSR (Customer Service), Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialisation
- Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction .
