20100 CTC

350 Esic deduction

1600 Transport deduction

18150 Inhand + 4000 Night shift allowance

22150 total Inhand salary

+ Client incentives

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in CSR (Customer Service), Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialisation
  • Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction .
