Job Description
Develop concept designs, layouts, and space planning
Prepare 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and working drawings
Coordinate with site/project teams for execution
Prepare and review BOQ and material specifications
Work closely with clients to understand requirements
Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and executable
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors
Visit sites for design validation and supervision
Ensure drawings are updated as per site changes
Maintain design documentation and approvals
