Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.

Experience: Fresher 00 Yr To 10+ Yrs (Exp:00 yr To 3.0 Yrs, Salary: 18K To 40K PM & Exp:3.0 To 10+ yrs, Salary:40K To 65K PM)

Salary: 18K PM To 65K PM OR 20% To 30% hike present Present CTC

Joining: Immediate / 15 days / 30 days

Working hrs: 9:00 AM To 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday & 4th Saturday + 12 Public Holiday+ 21 Paid Leaves Yearly basis

Job Location: Bhandup West (Mumbai)

Job Description:

·        Responsible for architectural planning & drawing activities.

·        Designing & Planning on AutoCAD and other tools.

·        Experience in Commercial Buildings, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial Projects.

·        Working exposure of AutoCAD & Revit.

·        Coordination with External Architects, Structural Consultants, Services & others.

·        Development of overall Master Plan including area calculations, zoning,

·        Landscape design, traffic circulation, phasing layout etc.

·        To develop conceptual scheme on proposed site.

·        Executes Design strategy in design of retail stores.

·        Ability to generate creative work, while managing budgets and fast-paced timelines.

·        Produce design documents, presentations drawings and design details. Manage schedules and monitor deadlines.

Required Experience and Qualifications

·        0-10+ years of relevant work experience.

·        Project and/or program management experience.

·        Expertise in Autocad

·        Quick hand sketch ability a plus.

·        Strong communication and design presentation skills.

·        Strong design aesthetic.

·        Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing and through

·        drawings/sketches.

·        Excellent time management skills.

·        Detail Oriented.

·        Ability to drive results.
