KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understanding Client Requirements: Engage with clients to comprehensively grasp their needs, meticulously document their specifications and secure approvals. Consistently liaise with clients to ensure project satisfaction through ongoing feedback and progress updates.
2. Conceptualize the Design: Innovate and craft designs that align with client’s exacting standards and industry norms.
3. Obtaining Approval for Drawings: Assure the quality of drawings, adhering to our company’s standards and client requisites. Seal and secure client approval for drawings.
4. Site Team Coordination: Oversee and facilitate the seamless execution of projects on-site, ensuring flawless progress in all aspects.
5. Project Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with vendors, consultants and clients to guarantee the timely delivery of materials and data. Maintain vigilance over design drawings to confirm their execution.
6. Documentation and Record-keeping: Organize meticulous site and design documentation for future reference, adhering to our high standards. Maintain accurate data within these records.
7. Pricing and Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about building norms, material specifications, market costing and detailed knowledge of services ( Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC works). Supervise all relevant data from sub contractors.
8. Detailing: Assume responsibility for the quality and detailing of all constructed building elements, ensuring they manifest they desired architectural vision.
9. Coordination: Collaborate closely with all disciplines, engineering, and project teams to design and execute projects. Share insights with the design team to optimize project execution. Foster collaboration with civil engineers, Revit and 3D designers for project streamlining.
10. Communication: Regularly engage with all stakeholders involved in projects, providing the project coordinator with timely updates and delivering daily/weekly reports.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS office
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit
• 6+ years of experience
• Good communication skills
