The Area Sales Manager (Home Loan & LAP) is essentially a revenue driver and team leader responsible for expanding loan business in a defined geography (Mumbai). The role sits at the intersection of sales execution, team management, and external relationship building—especially with builders, brokers, and real estate channels.You’re expected to own the entire sales engine—from generating leads through partner networks to ensuring those leads convert into disbursements. At the same time, you’re managing and scaling a team on the ground, keeping performance tight in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.This is not a desk job—it’s a field-heavy, network-driven role where success depends on how strong your local connections are, how well you can push a team to deliver numbers, and how efficiently you can move deals from sourcing to closure.In short: you’re accountable for growth, people, and numbers—no excuses, just outcomes.
