✨ About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage regional sales, develop new markets, handle dealer & distributor networks, and lead a sales team to achieve targets in the construction materials segment.

🤝 Develop & manage B2B clients (dealers, distributors, builders)

📈 Drive area sales growth & achieve monthly targets

👥 Handle & motivate the sales team

🗺️ Plan market expansion and sales strategies

🏢 Conduct regular client visits & meetings

🔄 Manage complete sales cycle & enterprise sales

🧩 Build strong relationships with key customers

🎂 Age: 22 – 40 Years

👨 Gender: Male

🎓 Education: Diploma

🗣️ English: Basic English

⏳ Experience: Minimum 3 Years
