We are looking for a proactive and organized admin executive to join our team and support our daily office operations.
Job Summary:
As an Admin Executive at Protomont Technologies LLP, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Your role will support different departments and help maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
- Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communication.
- Vendor & Facility Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
- Ensure office facilities are well maintained.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support different departments with administrative requirements.
- Inventory & Asset Tracking:
- Maintain records of office equipment, assets, and materials.
- Assist in basic inventory tracking related to office and production support.
- General Support:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
- CTC (Cost to Company): 15,000–25,000
