Assistant Department Manager

Responsibilities-

Supervise and handle the department team during assigned shifts

Act as Shift In-Charge, ensuring smooth daily operations

Allocate tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide on-the-job guidance.

Assist customers with product inquiries, sales support, and issue resolution.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction

Perform SAP data entry, including sales, inventory updates, GRN, and stock movements

Maintain visual merchandising, hygiene, and store presentation standards

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and loss-prevention procedures

Coordinate with the Manager and cross-functional store teams

Handle basic reporting and documentation as required.
