Job Description
Floor Manager – Key Responsibilities
• Welcome clients and ensure a smooth, pleasant salon experience.
• Manage customer queries or concerns.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the salon.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for products.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and oversee deliveries.
• Capture basic photos/videos for social media (with client consent).
• Support daily operations and coordinate with the salon team.
