Assistant Manager- Telesales Team 

(Sales Head for Telesales Agents & Team Leaders)

 

Role Purpose:

Lead, guide and drive a team of Telesales Agents and Team Leaders to achieve daily calls & sales targets to surpass monthly sales targets through effective coaching, team motivation and a strong client service orientation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the telesales team and manage daily outbound calling operations.
  2. Set and monitor individual calls & sales targets and team sales targets.
  3. Support team members on live calls to close sales and resolve client queries when needed.
  4. Maintain high call quality and adherence to sales systems.
  5. Ensure that each Sales Agent is coached on How to sell our online product & services.
  6. Conduct daily and weekly review meetings to track progress & plan instant actions.
  7. Identify performance gaps and provide individual coaching to improve results.
  8. Motivate the team to achieve business goals & a positive work culture.
  9. Report sales performance and implement feedback & ideas for growth.
  10. Ensure client satisfaction with prompt and professional service.

 

Candidate Profile:

  1. Graduate in any discipline.
  2. 2 to 3 years of experience leading a telesales or inside sales team.
  3. Practical understanding of telesales in all aspects.
  4. Strong communication, leadership & people management skills.
  5. Proven ability to motivate, mentor and retain team members with high morale.
  6. Target-driven with a focus on sales process & sales tactics excellence.

 

Compensation:

  1. Starting Salary: ₹ 50,000 per month.
  2. Performance Incentives: Daily, Weekly & Monthly based on team and individual targets.
  3. Promotion Opportunity: Offered on 3 months of consistent performance.

 

Work Schedule:

  1. Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday and Sundays off)
  2. Time: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM
