Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager / Team Member to oversee daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality, smooth service execution, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency. This role bridges the gap between culinary execution and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing day-to-day kitchen operations, including food prep, inventory, and staff coordination.
• Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and presentation of all menu items.
• Supervise kitchen staff, support training, and enforce discipline and hygiene standards.
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI standards or local authority guidelines).
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely and efficient food service.
• Help manage kitchen inventory, place orders, and minimize food waste.
• Support new menu rollouts and assist chefs with R&D as needed.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance when necessary.
• Monitor shift schedules and staffing to ensure optimal coverage.
• Handle kitchen-related customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
