Assistant Restaurant Manager

Position: Shift Manager / Asst Store Manager (Team Member + R&D)

Location: Waffle Shop in chembur

Role SummaryHands-on manager responsible for daily store operations, waffle preparation, team supervision, customer service, inventory, billing, and basic product R&D.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRun daily store operations and open/close shifts
• Prepare waffles, toppings, and beverages; work as a team member
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Supervise and train staff during shifts
• Handle customer service and complaints
• Manage POS billing, cash, and daily reports
• Control inventory, stock, and wastage
• Support R&D by developing and testing new waffle items
• RequirementsExperience in QSR / café / dessert outlet preferred
• Strong hands-on attitude
• Interest in food innovation and R&D
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
