Key Responsibilities
1. CASA Customer Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers for Current & Savings Accounts (CASA).
- Source leads from walk-ins, cold calls, referrals, local market activities, networking and events.
2. Sales & Targets
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual CASA acquisition and value (balance) targets.
- Ensure quality sourcing with the right customer mix.
