Asst. Manager Cargo Operations

Job Profile for Asst. Manager Cargo Operations:

Ø To coordinate operations across branches

Ø To ensure all route and delivery operations are done on time

Ø To ensure branch level KRA and KPIs with respect to operations are met on time

Ø To ensure cost and budget targets are met for operations

Ø Vendor development and management for route and delivery

Ø To visit branches regularly to ensure smooth operations and improvement on regular basis

Ø To manage end to end operations and ensure smooth flow to goods

Ø Any other task as assigned by the regional manager/director

Desired Skills

Ø Excellent communication and vendor management abilities

Ø Should be able to handle team effectively

Ø Should be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time

Ø Should be willing to travel to outstation locations as and when required

Salary:

Ø 40-50k (In hand)

Ø Minimum relevant experience of 8-10 years
