Audit Executive

Please note below the profile of required candidate who'll be assisting Finance department in controls, inventory / production cost and audit processes:

• Monitoring Production Consumption
• Track daily/weekly/monthly consumption of ingredients in the mother kitchen.
• Analyze production yield variances, identifying reasons for deviations.
• Prepare periodic reports on production wastages and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Monitor cost of goods produced and ensure targets are met.
• Monitoring Transfers & Outlet Performance
• Monitor daily transfers (donut counts) from the mother kitchen to each outlet, reconciling with dispatch and receipt records.
• Compare actual sales vs. ideal/expected consumption and analyze wastages and variances at outlet level.
• Prepare summary dashboards highlighting transfer/sales mismatches, unexplained losses, and trends in wastage.
• ERP Recipe & Standards Management
• Define and update recipes within the production and sales ERP system, ensuring alignment between actual process and system standards.
• Update or correct recipes based on process improvements or audit findings.
• Perform standard vs. actual cost analysis and present variance reports to management.
• Coordinate with procurement for updates to bill of materials and recipe costing.
• Store Audit Coordination
• Compile and consolidate reports from external store audits for all QSR outlets.
• Highlight key findings, non-compliances, and suggested corrective actions in periodic review meetings.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders (operations, store managers, procurement, HR, etc.) to ensure closure of audit points.
• Track status of action plans and maintain documentation for compliance purposes.
