Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman to support architectural projects by

preparing accurate drawings and technical documentation. The candidate should have handson

experience in architectural drawings and coordination for execution.

Minimum Requirements

 Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Developer

 Education: B.E. Civil / Diploma / Graduate

 Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Software & Technical Skills

 AutoCAD (mandatory)

 Revit (preferred)

 MS Excel & MS Word

 Basic knowledge of Photoshop

Key Skills

 Strong drafting and detailing skills

 Problem-solving ability

 Knowledge of real estate and construction practices

 Attention to detail and accuracy

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings for construction projects.

2. Draft technical drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details.

3. Specify dimensions, materials, and construction methods as per requirements.

4. Assist in preparing execution and working drawings for site use.

5. Ensure drawings comply with applicable DCPR norms and regulations.

6. Coordinate with architects and project teams for drawing revisions and updates.

7. Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
