Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer HandlingHandle walk-in customers and telephonic/online enquiries
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Explain product features, pricing, finance, insurance & offers
  • Conduct test drives and follow up with prospects
  • Close vehicle sales as per targets
  • Documentation & ProcessComplete sales documentation accurately
  • Coordinate with finance & insurance teams
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain enquiry and booking records in CRM/DMS
  • Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure post-sales follow-ups and referrals
  • Handle customer queries and basic complaint resolution
  • Sales Support & ReportingAchieve monthly sales targets
  • Participate in showroom events, exhibitions & promotions
  • Prepare daily follow-up and sales reports
  • Support management with market and competitor feedback
