Job RoleWe are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our fast-growing pre-owned car business. The role involves handling customer leads, assisting buyers in selecting cars, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities📞 Sales & Lead Handling

• Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and website
• Make outbound calls to interested customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cars
• Follow up with leads to convert them into sales
• Update lead details in CRM

🤝 Customer Interaction

• Explain car features, pricing, finance options, and offers
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Handle objections and close deals professionally

📊 Reporting

• Maintain daily call and follow-up reports
• Track sales conversions and performance
• Coordinate with team for inventory updates

Skills Required✔ Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

✔ Strong convincing and negotiation ability

✔ Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

✔ Basic car knowledge (preferred)

✔ Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
