Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client

relationships, and driving revenue growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B business opportunities in Mumbai &

Chennai.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business

partnerships.

● Conduct market research to identify new segments, industries, and opportunities.

● Present and pitch company services/solutions to prospective clients.

● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service

delivery.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

● 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B Sales/Corporate Sales.

● Strong understanding of sales cycle, lead generation, and negotiation.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.

● Willingness to travel locally within the assigned city/region.
