Logistics Branch Coordinator – Job profile & Responsibilities

1. Shipment Tracking & Monitoring
2. Continuously monitor and update shipment statuses using advanced tracking software to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Stakeholder Communication
4. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics activities and resolve issues promptly.
5. Data Accuracy & Reporting
6. Ensure the accuracy of shipment tracking data and generate regular reports to inform stakeholders of shipment statuses and performance metrics.
7. Delay Management & Communication
8. Identify delayed shipments, investigate root causes, and communicate promptly with relevant parties to mitigate impact.
9. Customer Satisfaction
10. Monitor customer feedback related to shipment visibility and take proactive measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
11. System Updates & Documentation
12. Update tracking information promptly in internal systems and customer portals, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
13. Process Improvement Collaboration
14. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to identify areas for improvement in shipment tracking processes and implement effective solutions.
