Back-end Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backoffice Executive to join our company. The candidate will handle administrative tasks, data management, document verification, coordination with field agents, and support the sales and operations team to ensure smooth loan processing and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain client and loan-related documents with accuracy.

2. Process and verify customer documents (KYC, income proofs, bank statements, etc.).

3. Enter data in the system accurately for loan applications and client records.

4. Coordinate with field sales agents (DSAs) and internal teams to track lead status and application progress.

5. Follow up with customers and banks for document approval and application status.

6. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to leads, disbursals, and pending applications.

7. Maintain MIS reports and assist in analyzing operational performance.

8. Communicate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and approvals.

9. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of customer information.

10. Assist in resolving operational and client-related issues in a timely manner.
