Back Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to departments such as Customer Support.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter data into systems, ensuring that records are complete and updated regularly.
• Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update both physical and digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible.
• Communication: Respond to internal inquiries and coordinate communication between various departments to support operations.
• Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation for management.
• Inventory Management: Track office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Customer Support: Assist the front office or customer support teams with handling back-end tasks, ensuring customers receive timely and efficient service.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the streamlining of internal processes and systems to enhance overall efficiency.
• Other Duties: Perform other back office-related tasks as assigned by the management.
