Job Description
- 🔧 Job Responsibilities:Manage and handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Schedule and track Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities
- Coordinate with service engineers for daily tasks
- Handle client communication and resolve service issues
- Maintain service reports, documentation & logs
- Track pending complaints and ensure closure within SLA
- Follow up for AMC renewals, invoices, and payments
- Maintain spare parts and material records
- 🧠 Required Skills:Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of AV systems / CCTV / IT infrastructure
- Experience in handling client service operations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- 🎓 Qualification:Diploma / Graduate (Electronics / IT / Any relevant field)
