Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Excel sheets (sales, dispatch, payments, inventory, etc.)
  • Regular follow-up with clients for outstanding payments (calls + emails)
  • Maintain records of receivables and share periodic reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for billing, dispatch, and documentation
  • Handle basic office administration (vendor coordination, office supplies, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and MIS reports

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, basic reporting)
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience in accounts/admin/back office role preferred (1–3 years)

Preferred:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or Tally
  • Experience in payment follow-ups / collections
