Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Excel sheets (sales, dispatch, payments, inventory, etc.)
- Regular follow-up with clients for outstanding payments (calls + emails)
- Maintain records of receivables and share periodic reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, dispatch, and documentation
- Handle basic office administration (vendor coordination, office supplies, etc.)
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and MIS reports
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, basic reporting)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in accounts/admin/back office role preferred (1–3 years)
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of accounting or Tally
- Experience in payment follow-ups / collections
