*Job Summary*

We are seeking a highly skilled *Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Specialist* to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a DLP program to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This role requires a strong understanding of data security principles, threat analysis, and mitigation strategies.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Develop and implement a DLP strategy to identify, classify, and protect sensitive data.

2. Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses to identify potential data loss vectors.

3. Design and implement DLP policies, procedures, and controls to prevent data loss.

4. Configure and manage DLP tools and technologies to monitor and block sensitive data in motion, at rest, and in use.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and IT, to ensure DLP solutions meet business requirements.

6. Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on data handling best practices and DLP policies.

7. Investigate and respond to data loss incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation.

8. Continuously monitor and improve the DLP program to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.

*Important Notes:*

* Graduation Degree/ all semester Marksheets/Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

* Knowledge of advanced excel and data management

* Email Drafting is must

* Strong written as well as verbal communication

**Shift Timings/week offs :*

9:30 am to 6:30 pm / 2nd and 4th saturday fixed off

*Salary upto 18500 CTC for freshers*
