Job Description

- Book Flights / hotels / Insurance
- Coordinate with Agents ( Travel Agent / Insurance / banks / exhibitions / IT etc...
- Manage Utility Payments ( Light , water, gas, mobile / Vehicle Fast Tag / Fines etc...)
- Fix Small Problems (light , plumbing, carpentry , car repair, repairs & maintainance)
- Help Accounts team with Scanning / Printing and filing documents
- Filling up forms with banks and institutions
- Take Staff Attendance
- Make excel reports as needed
