Back Office Staff

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in data entry with proficiency in MS Excel and email management. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities -

• Enter and update data into company databases and systems accurately and promptly.
• Organize and manage email communications, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to relevant departments.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and make corrections as needed.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements -

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (tables, data sorting) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing emails and correspondence.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or similar fields are a plus.
