Back Office Staff

Key Responsibilities• Handle Mutual Fund operations – SIP registration, Purchase, Redemption, Switch, and Mandate processing

• Maintain & update client portfolio data in software & Excel sheets

• Process Mediclaim proposals, renewals & policy documentation

• Assist in Stock Market order entries – Buy/Sell (as required)

• Upload & reconcile transactions across MF / Insurance / Stock Market platforms

• Maintain accurate records – KYC, Nomination, Service Requests

• Generate MIS reports, renewal reminders & statements

• Coordinate with AMCs, Insurance Companies & Brokers for back-office activities

• Ensure accuracy, compliance & confidentiality of all client information

• Support in converting enquiries into clients (when needed)

Desired Candidate Profile• Female candidate only

• Preferably working in:

– Mutual Fund Distributor Office / Broking Firm / AMC / Insurance Office

• Preferably from Finance / Investment / Insurance background

• Non-sales oriented — minimal client interaction/calling

• Good written communication in English & Hindi

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn operations

Skills & Requirements• Strong working knowledge of:

✔ MS Excel (Advanced)

✔ MS Word

✔ Email & Online Platforms

• Basic understanding of:

✔ Stock Market operations

✔ Mediclaim (Sales + Claims support)

• Good communication in English / Hindi / Marathi / Gujarati

• Strong follow-up & documentation skills

• Quick learner, organised & comfortable using AI / Digital Tools
