Back Office Staff

Responsible for handling customer interaction, sales support, marketing activities, retail coordination, and back-office operations to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:🔹 Telecalling & Customer Coordination

➤ Make outbound calls to customers/leads for enquiry, follow-ups, and sales

➤ Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

➤ Explain products/services, offers, and schemes clearly

➤ Maintain call records and follow-up status

🔹 Sales & Retail Operations

➤ Assist in achieving daily/weekly sales targets

➤ Handle walk-in customers at retail outlet / center

➤ Support billing, order processing, and basic POS activities

➤ Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion

🔹 Marketing Activities

➤ Support offline & online marketing activities

➤ Share promotional messages on WhatsApp, SMS, and social media

➤ Assist in local promotions, camps, or field activities

➤ Collect customer feedback and market information

🔹 Back Office & Administration

➤ Maintain data records, MIS, and customer databases

➤ Prepare daily reports (calls, sales, enquiries, follow-ups)

➤ Manage documentation, forms, and files

➤ Coordinate with internal teams for operations support
