Job Summary:

The Sales Support Executive will assist the Sales Team in day-to-day operations, coordination with clients, preparing proposals, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related processes. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, client follow-ups, and documentation.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up trackers.
• Handle client queries via phone, email, and messages and ensure timely responses.
• Assist in processing sales orders and coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Operations, Dispatch) for timely delivery.
• Support in lead generation and updating CRM/Excel reports regularly.
• Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, or approvals when required.
• Ensure smooth communication between the company and customers.
