Job Title: Backup Support Engineer – Desktop Support (L1)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Backup Support Engineer (L1 Desktop Support) to provide reliable on-site IT support at the client location. The engineer will be responsible for handling day-to-day desktop support activities, troubleshooting Windows operating system issues, managing user profiles, and ensuring smooth IT operations during the support period.

• Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 desktop support to end users at the site
• Create, modify, and manage user profiles in Windows environments
• Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, hardware, and software-related issues
• Support desktop/laptop systems and connected peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Handle incident tickets, follow escalation procedures, and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with remote IT teams or vendors when required
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and best practices
• Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
• Provide backup support to ensure minimum downtime and business continuity

Skill Level: Level 1 (L1 Desktop Support Engineer)

Support Window:9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Location: BKC, Mumbai
