Job Description

  • Production & Baking: Prepare high-quality baked goods (breads, pastries, cakes, desserts) following recipes.
  • Menu & Recipe Development: Create seasonal menus and innovate new recipes.
  • Quality Control & Decoration: Inspect product quality (taste, texture) and decorate items for presentation.
  • Inventory & Cost Management: Monitor ingredient stock, order supplies, and manage food costs.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Maintain strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior bakers or pastry assistants.
