Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes with consistency and creativity.
• Develop new bakery recipes and seasonal menu items.
• Ensure quality control, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage ingredient inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise junior baking staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas.
• Work closely with the management team to meet production schedules and customer demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and modern trends.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and peak hours.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
