About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our padel court as Ball Boys. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, uninterrupted gameplay for our members and guests by keeping the court organized and assisting players during matches and practice sessions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRetrieve and return balls quickly and efficiently during matches and training sessions
• Keep the court clean, tidy, and free of any obstructions before, during, and after play
• Assist players with equipment such as rackets, towels, and water bottles when needed
• Set up and pack down the court before and after sessions
• Monitor ball supply and report shortages to the supervisor
• Maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward players, coaches, and guests
• Follow instructions from court supervisors and coaches at all times
• Assist with any other court maintenance or operational tasks as required
• Who We're Looking ForAge: 16–25 years
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
• Quick reflexes and good hand-eye coordination
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in a sports environment is a plus but not required
• Basic understanding of Hindi or Marathi; English is an advantage
• Exposure to a premium sports environment
