Hiring for Customer Service Executive – US Banking Voice Process



Location: Malad & Thane

Start Date: Immediate

Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs

Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (US process)


Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a US Banking Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to banking services over calls, ensuring high-quality customer support and resolution within defined timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Resolve queries related to banking products and services
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance as per process guidelines
  • Deliver excellent customer experience on every interaction


Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC/Graduate Mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • No compliance issues (required for bonus eligibility)
  • All experience and educational documents mandatory


Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary up to ₹35,000 in-hand
  • Fixed allowance of ₹1,500
  • Performance-based incentives
  • One-way transportation provided


Retention Bonus:

  • ₹50,000 after first 6 months
  • ₹50,000 after next 6 months
  • Option to receive ₹1,30,000 lump sum after 1 year
