Hiring for International US Banking Process
Job Title:Customer Service Associate – US Banking Voice Process
Location: Goregaon / Thane
Process: US Banking – Customer Service (Voice)
Shift: Rotational Night Shift (US Shift – 5 PM to 9 AM window in between any 9hrs Shift)
Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
Role Overview:
We are hiring Customer Service Associates for a leading US Banking process. This is a pure voice role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to handle international customers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries related to banking services
- Assist customers with account-related information such as balances, interest rates, and fees
- Address and resolve concerns related to suspicious transactions and account security
- Support customers with transaction reversals and reissuance of debit/credit cards
- Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to compliance and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC with minimum 18 months of experience in voice process
- Graduates with minimum 12 months of experience in voice process
- Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts (US process)
Compensation:
- HSC + 18 months experience: Up to 5.5 – 6 LPA
- Graduate + 12 months experience: Up to 8 LPA
(Salary offered will be based on last drawn salary and total years of experience)

- All previous employment documents (Offer letters, Relieving letters)
- Salary slips and bank statements
- Educational documents (All semester marksheets)
