Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Banking Process (International BPO – US Shift)
Location: Malad & Thane (Work From Office Only)
We are hiring experienced and dedicated professionals for an International Banking Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills and relevant BPO experience, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking services
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
• Follow compliance, documentation, and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
• HSC with minimum 36 months (3 years) BPO experience – Mandatory
• Graduate with minimum 1 year BPO experience – Mandatory
• Very fluent English communication skills required
• UAN history verification is mandatory
• All educational & employment documents required
• Immediate joiners preferred
Shift Details:
• Pure Night Shifts (US Process)
• Shift window: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM (Any 9 hours within this window)
• 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary up to ₹50,000 + Attractive Incentives ( Depends on Last Salary and experience )
