Role: Inbound Contact Center - Customer Service & Sales
Locations: Mumbai, Chennai, Noida
Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts (6:30 AM - 9:30 PM for females)
Salary: ₹2 LPA - ₹5 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Handle 80-100 calls/day
- Customer service, query resolution, cross-sell/up-sell
- 50% Sales & 50% Customer Service
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution
- Fluency in English & local language
- Credit score: 700+
- 0-5 years experience
