Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Banquet Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving banquet sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of events. The role demands excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.

Handle all banquet sales inquiries, from initial contact to final event execution.

Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with potential clients.

Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts based on client requirements.

Collaborate with the banquet operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.

Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and payments.

Provide timely follow-ups and after-event feedback to maintain long-term client relationships.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banquet or hotel/event sales.

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

Proficiency in MS Office.
