Job Description
- Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet guests, explain menu items (specials, ingredients), offer recommendations, build rapport with regulars, upsell, and ensure satisfaction.
- Beverage & Food Preparation: Accurately prepare a wide range of hot/cold drinks (coffee, espresso, teas, smoothies) and sometimes pastries/light food, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Skillfully operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders; perform basic troubleshooting; and report maintenance needs to keep everything running smoothly.
- Cash Handling & Order Processing: Accurately take orders, input them into POS systems, process payments (cash, card, digital), and provide correct change.
- Cleanliness & Stock Management: Keep the workstation, machines, counter, and dining areas spotless; restock supplies like beans, milk, cups, and lids; and follow all health/safety regulations
