Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team at a premium Quick Service Restaurant. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages while ensuring excellent customer experience and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment efficiently.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and presented according to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
• Assist customers with beverage choices and provide recommendations.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista in a café, bakery, or QSR preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso machines and basic coffee preparation techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
