Job Description:

Bunts Hotels is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Juhu Residency Boutique Hotel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires knowledge of coffee preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with guests to provide a memorable café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, and other specialty beverages, while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items. Ensure that each guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure smooth operations and prevent malfunctions.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, and coordinate with the team to restock items as needed.
• Hygiene and Cleanliness: Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding area clean, organized, and in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass or below
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Barista or in a similar role within a café, restaurant, or hotel.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with espresso machines.
• Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and take orders.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

• Age: 18 - 60 years
• Location Preference: Candidates from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
• Gender Preference: Both genders allowed
