About the Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our Mumbai café team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, have excellent communication skills, and deliver exceptional service to every guest.

• Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and beverages (espresso-based, brewed, cold brew, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area and coffee equipment
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks and food items
• Handle POS transactions, billing, and cash management accurately
• Provide a welcoming and personalized customer experience
• Assist in stock management and replenishment of supplies
• Follow hygiene, safety, and café SOPs at all times
• Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
