Job Title: Barista / Coffee Maker

Location: Across Mumbai (All Areas)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month + PF + ESIC + Health Insurance

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas / Coffee Makers to join our team across multiple locations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.)

- Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance

- Take customer orders accurately and handle billing (POS systems)

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and café area

- Ensure quality and consistency in beverage preparation

- Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant service experience

- Stock management and reporting shortages to the supervisor

- Follow food safety and company standards

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

- Prior experience as a barista or in the food & beverage industry preferred (Freshers can apply)

- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus

- Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)

- Presentable personality and positive attitude

- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
