Job Role: Barista / Senior Barista

Experience: 2-4 years in a coffee shop/restaurant

About Us: We are a passionate and experimental cafe dedicated to providing high-quality beverages, bakes and excellent customer experience. As we start, we are looking for experienced Baristas who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation:

  * Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standards.

  * Follow recipes and guidelines for both hot and cold drinks.

  * Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

2. Customer Interaction:

  * Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.

  * Take orders and handle payments efficiently.

  * Answer any questions about our menu and make recommendations.

3. Order Management:

  * Manage both offline and online orders promptly.

  * Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

4. Hygiene and Cleanliness:

  * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

  * Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean working environment.

5. Team Building:

  * Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

  * Assist in training new staff as needed.

  * Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
