Job Description – Mobile Battery Swapping Operator

Location: Kandivali Charkop

Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 AM (Shift-Based)

Role Overview:

The Mobile Battery Swapping Operator is responsible for managing mobile battery swapping operations, ensuring timely battery exchanges for rented electric two-wheelers, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires handling AppSheet-based reporting, coordinating with warehouse teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the mobile battery swapping station and manage battery exchanges for riders.
• Scan, assign, and record battery transactions in AppSheet.
• Load and unload charged/discharged batteries as per the set procedure.
• Ensure proper tagging and documentation of RFD, discharged, and faulty batteries.
• Generate and verify battery reports and challans for approval.
• Manage tempo inventory, refueling, and daily reporting via the designated WhatsApp group.
• Coordinate with the battery charging and swapping technician for replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain accountability at all levels.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications for inventory tracking (AppSheet experience is a plus).
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational protocols.
